Applications

Camlock selection starts with the duty: what is being transferred, at what pressure and temperature, and how often the line is connected and disconnected. From that, the material, the type letter and the gasket compound follow.

Agriculture & Irrigation

Aluminum type C camlock coupler with hose shank used on irrigation supply lines — Type C aluminum coupler on irrigation hose shank — EPDM gasket for farm water and fertilizer duty.

Water and liquid fertilizer transfer for pivots, drip and flood irrigation. Aluminum couplings with EPDM gaskets cover most farm duties; polypropylene for fertigation chemicals.

Chemical Transfer

Food & Beverage

Aluminum type E camlock male adapter used on IBC tote and bulk tank discharge connections — Type E male adapter — the tote-side connection on standard 2" IBC threads.

IBC tote, tanker and drum connections for bulk chemical and food transfer — threaded adapters and camlock-to-sanitary transitions keep totes on standard 2" thread.
